In line with the latest government guidelines, we are currently accepting bookings as normal. If restrictions on self-catering accommodation are re-introduced to cover the period of your holiday then we will provide you with a full refund.
Please do not travel to commence your holiday with us if you have received a positive test result for Coronavirus, if you are required to isolate for any reason, or if you experience any of the symptoms of Coronavirus, within 14 days of the start of your holiday. We are committed to providing you with a full refund in this circumstance. In the event that a member of our team receives a positive test result for Coronavirus, is required to isolate for any reason, or experiences any of the symptoms of Coronavirus, within 14 days of the start of your holiday then we will contact you immediately to inform you of this and provide you with a full refund for your holiday.
THE STEPS WE ARE TAKING
Our cleaning procedures have been updated to include the use of anti-viral cleaning products to sanitise all high touch items on the boat, this includes handrails, remote controls, light switches, plug sockets, work surfaces, door handles, window handles, cooker, fridge, taps, coasters and place mats.
Personal protective equipment (face masks and latex gloves) is worn during the process of cleaning the boat ready for your stay.
All bedding and towels are placed into quarantine for 72 hours prior to your stay.
The boat handover requires that we are within 2 metres of you, we will use hand sanitiser and wear a face mask during this process and ask that you do the same.
Hand sanitiser is provided on the boat.
Our onboard notices and maps have been placed in plastic document holders so that they can be sanitised easily.
We have removed all non-essential decorative soft furnishings from the boat.
